Jeff Howlett started Kansas Firearms Specialties LLC in November of 2002.
Since that time he and his wife have tried hard to keep to family values and doing business on a handshake.
Jeff is also a police officer with the City of Tonganoxie, KS. He has been to several shooting schools as well as tactical entry training, tactical rifle and patrol carbine schools.
